Our Methodology

Netopia Tech follows a well-defined, four-phased approach for consistently delivering
quality solutions in a timely manner.
Planning & Analysis - The initial phase of a project involves discovery
of your immediate needs and long-term goals. Among other things, we discuss
desired functionality, time lines, budget, risks, and constraints. We define your project's
scope, create a statement of work, propose a project plan, and provide you with a cost estimate.
Design & Development - Once you approve the project plan, our graphic
artists design prototypes with site navigation in conformance with your corporate
branding and identity. Next, we develop core components of the website and start
converting prototypes into functional web elements such as HTML, graphical interfaces, and databases
etc.
Testing & Launch - Throughout the development process, we stage the website
on our servers for the purpose of providing you with updates, as well as for testing. Upon
completion and successful testing, the website is transferred to your hosting
account (if not with Netopia Tech) and launched for public access.
Support & Maintenance - Based on user feedback, we work closely with you and continually improve the website by fixing bugs and/or adding new
features.
